Floral and citrus nose with light cinnamon spice. Creamy mouth feel with a big mid-palate, vanilla, candied pineapple and great acidity. Chardonnay lovers, and others, will very much enjoy this one. Wild yeast fermentation, 50% ML. Drink now through 2010. Only 100 cases produced. $28

Big and luscious, spicy and bold. Bright cherry, pomegranate, coco
and spice. Dried cranberry and earth flavors. Firm tannins and
great acidity will hold up well to time and many foods.

Spiced red fruit and a romantic sea breeze waft from the glass. This Pinot is lively, spicy, fruity, floral and soft. A slight smoky note and a bit of truffle oil complete the composition. Light tannins make the texture perfect for any occasion; be it lounging on the beach or a dinner party with friends. (Thanksgiving dinner anyone?) Very spice forward with heavy dark fruit flavors. Black current, cranberry, spicy white clove essences with a very pleasing smooth feel across the whole palate. Great finish. Food friendly and very versatile. Drink now after a few hours of ‘breathing’ or well into 2015. 750 cases produced. $34

2005 Perpetual Moshin (Cab Sauv 76%, Merlot 19%, Petite Verdot 4%, Cab Franc 1%)

Toasty oak and ripe red cherries up front, slight peppery and dusty nose. The mouth feel is huge and well supported by tannin and berries throughout. A delicate herbal quality mingles with minerals just before the big finish. Decant this if drinking soon or age happily until 2015. Exclusively small production of 98 cases. $75

Soft cherry, fragrant strawberry and light pomegranate are complimented by Burgundian style earth tones and floral nuance. Light on the palate and well textured in the finish, with a mild hint of oak and the brightness of cayenne. This dusky pinot noir will age beautifully through 2017. Only 99 cases produced. $42.00

Deep garnet in color with bright aromas of strawberry, black raspberry and cinnamon. Hints of cedar and rose petals with a touch of toasty oak. Aroma of concentrated jammy fruit, spice and viscous molasses. Bacon, wood smoke and a touch of tobacco on the finish makes this wine perfect for an evening BBQ with friends or a romantic filet mignon for two.
